What if I paid a booking fee for a course, offer or trip, but the minimum number of participants was not reached?

If you paid the booking fee and the minimum number of participants has not been reached before the closing date, therefore the advertiser claims that he cannot complete the trip/course or the implementation would entail an increase in the final price for you - you have the right to request the advertiser to cancel your reservation and return the booking fee.
In order to do it:
1. Check if the sign up deadline has already passed
2. Contact the advertiser in person, preferably by phone. It is possible that the advertiser has prepared a solution that will allow the course/trip to take place.
3. If the advertiser confirms that the trip/course will not take place, ask for the cancellation of your booking and for the return of the paid booking fee.

Write a message to the advertiser by "send an e-mail" through his ad or his profile. In the message, please include a summary of your phone conversation with the request to cancel your reservation, enter the ad code, the name of the ad and the start date. (All this information can be found in the e-mail you received right after the booking or in the "Ad Details"). Include also your bank transfer details - unless you have agreed with the advertiser that you will receive the booking fee in person.

Remember! The advertiser has 7 days to return your booking fee. If you do not receive a refund within 10 days from sending an e-mail to the advertiser in connection with the cancellation of your booking, please notify us by writing to the Complaint Department. We will try to do everything to help you.
